About Debbie Bouttell Your Teacher

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 9 glorious years. The intension behind my teaching style is to balance the mind, body and spirit. My labour of love Stone Pine Yoga Studio began on line during covid, in the summer months we practiced on my deck and shortly after that we renovated my basement into a studio. I have a passion for Anatomy and have taught Yoga Anatomy for several YTT programs. I try to encourage students to listen to their bodies in order to explore the physical practice within their own limits, with the use of props, breath, and a little bit humour. Classes are challenging and yet accessible to all.My training includes 500 hours RYT programs, Yin 50 hour through Bernie Clark, Therapeutic Yoga; Anatomy, philosophy and breath with Leslie Kaminoff, Trauma Informed Yoga, SUP certified, Yoga Nidra, and I currently practice Somatic Yoga with Jivasu at Sohaam. In my spare time I am a Registered Massage Therapist in the city of Burlington where I run my own clinic.
